Ingredients:
- Tomatos-2 boiled
- small onions-10Peeled and boiled
- corriander leaves
- curry leaves
- mustard seeds-1 tsp
- oil
Grind to paste smoothly:
- coconut-1 small piece
- putnalu /chutny channa-1/2 cup
- cumin-2 tsp
- Dania-2.5 tsps
- dry chillies-10
- turmaric -1 /4 tsp
- Asafodita-a pinch
Procedure:
- Make tomatos juice.
- add boiled onions in it and boil it .
- when it boils add the above paste and water.
- now add chopped corriander leaves and curry leaves
- finally season mustard seeds and Asafotida.Add it to the paste just before removing from fire
