DHIDIR SAMBAR

Ingredients:

  • Tomatos-2 boiled
  • small onions-10Peeled and boiled
  • corriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • mustard seeds-1 tsp
  • oil
Grind to paste smoothly:
  • coconut-1 small piece
  • putnalu /chutny channa-1/2 cup
  • cumin-2 tsp
  • Dania-2.5 tsps
  • dry chillies-10
  • turmaric -1 /4 tsp
  • Asafodita-a pinch



Procedure:
  • Make tomatos juice.
  • add boiled onions in it and boil it .
  • when it boils add the above paste and water.
  • now add chopped corriander leaves and curry leaves
  • finally season mustard seeds and Asafotida.Add it to the paste just before removing from fire
