Banana Muffin cake



Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup -All Purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2cup- wheat
  • 1/3-unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • a pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2 Tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
Procedure :

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree centigrade) and place middle in the oven rack.
  • In a large bowl combine the flours, sugar,baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt . Use whisk to combine and set aside.
  • In a n another bowl combine mashed bananas,yogurt,butter, vanilla. With wooden spoon lightly fold the wet ingredients ( banana mixture) into dry ingredients until just combined and batter is thick. Do not over mix the batter.
  • Pour in the greased plate.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until took pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Take out after few minutes (standing time)
