- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup -All Purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2cup- wheat
- 1/3-unsalted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- a pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
- 1 cup - sugar
- 2 Tbsp - yogurt
- 1 tsp - vanilla essence
Procedure :
- Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree centigrade) and place middle in the oven rack.
- In a large bowl combine the flours, sugar,baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt . Use whisk to combine and set aside.
- In a n another bowl combine mashed bananas,yogurt,butter, vanilla. With wooden spoon lightly fold the wet ingredients ( banana mixture) into dry ingredients until just combined and batter is thick. Do not over mix the batter.
- Pour in the greased plate.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until took pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Take out after few minutes (standing time)
