Capcicum Vegie Pulav
Ingredients:
Carrots -10
Capcicum - 1
boiled Peas -1/2 cup
Beans -10
Onions - 1 medium size
Cilantro - 1 little bunch
Ginger - 1 " Piece
Garlic - 2 to enhance flavor
Salt
Grind to paste to chutney
Tomatos - 2
Onions - 2
Garlic - 6 -10 cloves
Dry chillies -10
Salt
oil
Mustard seeds
Urad dhal -1 tsp
Procedure:
Chop and fry Garlic , Onions and Tomatos one by one.
Fry Red chillies with little oil and Grind to paste and keep it aside.
In a pan add oil splutter mustard seeds .
Add chopped veggies one by one
finely chopped Onions , capsicum and add little water.
Mix well add some boiled peas , carrots and you look it as juicey
Now add the ground Onion - tomato paste and mix well .
Allow it to boil for 2 more minutes .
Mix it with cooked rice
Garnish with chopped cilantro
Serve Pulav with Raitha .
