Wheat Halwa / Irutu kadai halwa

Ingredients:

wheat flour - 1 cup
sugar  - 3 cups (split in to two portions)
ghee -1.5cup
water

Procedure :
Mix wheat flour as make in to chapati dough with required water. (consistenccy can be moderate thin / thick)
Soak it with more water and let it be overnight .
Mix them well you get stringy things when mixed well.
Keep on mixing it more and more.
Filter in to strainer and separate the milk .

Now in pan add the milk and mix well more than the milk get little curdled.

In another pan take sugar and caramelize with 1 portion and mix it into the curdled wheat .
Stir well for more than 15 mins.
Add other portion of sugar in to it and keep on mixing it. 
Add ghee in mean time now and then.

Halwa is ready.
 
Note:
when the milk is too thin it take long time to complete it . If the milk is thick it can reduce the process time.
