CARROT MASAL
Ingedients:
onions chopped
Grind together:
coconut-1 piece
chutny dal-1/2 tsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
Asafotida-a pinch
turmaric
red chillies-2
salt
Procedure
fry onions chopped and mix with the grounded paste.
goes good with hot rice and ghee.
