Khutu Sambar with Green Veges
Ingredients:
Curd/yogurt - 2 cups
onions-1
salt
ghee-1 tsp
Vegetables-drumstick,sorakaya,snakeguard
urad dal-1tsp
red chilli-1
green chilli-3
cumin
Grind together and Paste
Coconut-1cup
cashews-10
Procedure:
Boil Green vegetables with moong dal.
Fry urad dal, onions ,green chillies and red chilli in ghee and mix in the vegetables.
Mix them in Paste.
Garnish with mustard seeds.
Goes well with rice and pickle.
