Ingredients:
Curd/yogurt - 2 cups
onions-1
thur dal -1 cup
salt
ghee-1 tsp
Vegetables-drumstick,sorakaya,snakeguard
urad dal-1tsp
red chilli-1
Grind together and Paste
Coconut-1cup
cashews-10
Procedure:
Steam vegetables with dal.
Fry urad dal and red chilli in ghee and mix in the vegetables.
Mix them in Paste.
Goes well with rice and pickle.
