Stuffing:
Ingredients:
Boiled Peas
Boiled potatos
Boiled carrots
onions
Chilli powder
Garam masala
salt
lemon (Optional)
Procedure:
In a kadai add little oil and splutter mustard seeds.
Fry onions, Green chillies paste and mix till the onions become transparent.
Add little salt to the onions and mix well.
Add all the boiled vegetables and mix well for few minutes.
Note:
The stuffing should be very thick.
Outer cover:
Ingredients:
maida / all purpose flour
salt
lemon juice
water
Procedure:
Mix all together to dough and keep aside for 10 to 20 mins.
Make them to small balls.
Take small ball from the dough and roll to chapatis and cut to center .Make the cut one to cone shape and fill the cone with the stuffing paste. Close it with the wet .
Deep fry in oil .
