Naravalli kaya pickle

Ingredients :

To powder:
Naravalli kaya

Green Mango

Dania - 1 cup
Cumin -3/4cup
Fenugreek - 1.5 tsp
Mustard seeds -1.5tsp
Turmeric -1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 cup
Asafetida - 2 tsp

Procedure:
Heat sesame seed oil and cool.
Dry roast each ingredient separately and cool it.
Powder it.
De seed naravalli kaya and mix with salt.
Mix with above naravalli kaya and green mangos with the chilli powder.
Add and mix with cooled oil.
