YogurtDryChillies


Yogurt Dry chillies

Little Round Chillies (usually found inTamil Nadu) 1 kg
thick yogurt   1Lt (sour is better)
salt 2 Tsp
fenugreek  1 Tsp

Procedure:
First Select the chillies and good and cut big stems short
wash and dry them with no water .
when take each chill and poke hole on all directions (six sides) .
So that it gets mixed well with salted yogurt.

Dry roast Fenugreek seed and  powder it.

Mix the powder ,salt with sour curd and mix well and add the chillies in it.
Keep it closed over night
Next day morning Place it it on broad plate scattered under sunshine  morning 10:00 - 3:00 Evening .
Make sure you would have some yogurt and after you get back from sun mix the chillies with the little yogurt
Repeat the process until yogurt completely reduces . (As the chillies gets soaked with Yogurt)
Make sure you keep in under sun shine until the chillies turn crispy.
