Pindi Koram

Ingredients:

Coconut
Cashew nuts
salt 
Thuvar dhal

Asafotida



Procedure

Boil Thuvar dhal.
Grind to paste with cashew nuts & coconut.
Now splutter with mustard seeds adding little oil and Asafetida.

Being health cautious you add any veggies of your choice

Tastes good snake guard, bottle guard, potato, Beans, Okra .
