Patols fry

Ingredients:

patols - 21
curry leaves - hand full
oil -for deep frying

vepudu karam

Dania 
cumin
mustard seeds
black pepper

Fry powder it adding salt , turmeric powder, Chilli powder

Procedure:

Chop the patols in to half length wise .
Deep fry them in oil and keep aside.
Deep fry the curry leaves and crush to powder  and
 mix with Vepudu karam .
Now use this powder as stuffing to the fried patols.

Goes good with curd rice.
